MHPOS Cookie Settings

This page explains the cookies used on mhpos.com and the MHPOS web admin panel.

Essential cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate this website and the MHPOS admin panel. These cannot be switched off, as the site cannot function correctly without them:

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to the MHPOS admin panel and remembers your selected business while you navigate between pages.
• CSRF token cookie — protects forms (such as the contact form and admin panel) from cross-site request forgery.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics on our public marketing pages (the homepage, FAQ, comparison, resources, and local city pages) to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to do this. We do not use Google Analytics inside the MHPOS admin panel or the customer-facing table-ordering pages.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy — see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics cookies through your browser's cookie settings.

Third-party embedded content

Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office location. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, governed by Google's own privacy and cookie policies — this is outside our control.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Since the cookies on this site are essential to signing in and using the MHPOS admin panel, blocking them will prevent the admin panel from working correctly. Blocking Google Analytics or third-party cookies from the embedded Google Maps view will not affect billing, login, or any other core MHPOS functionality.

Changes to this policy

If the cookies used on this site change, we will update this page accordingly.
