MHPOS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MHPOS mobile point-of-sale application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Megharsh Soft LLP ("Megharsh Soft", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MHPOS is a mobile-based point-of-sale application for billing, inventory, receipt printing, and sales reporting, intended for use by businesses such as restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and retail shops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business and contact information when signing up. Business owners are responsible for the accounts and actions of any staff they add under their business, including keeping login credentials confidential.

3. Subscription & billing

• MHPOS is offered on an annual subscription, currently ₹3,000 per year plus applicable GST for the application alone.
• An optional bundle with a Bluetooth receipt printer is available at ₹5,000 for the first year (₹3,000 application fee + ₹2,000 one-time hardware cost); a bundle with a WiFi (network) or USB wired printer is available at ₹8,000 for the first year (₹3,000 application fee + ₹5,000 one-time hardware cost). In both cases, only the ₹3,000 application fee renews annually.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are collected via invoice, bank transfer, UPI, or another method agreed with our sales team — MHPOS does not process card payments directly on this website.
• We may revise subscription pricing for future renewal terms; any change will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable tax or business regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another business's data or account.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Upload data that infringes the rights of any third party.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data (products, orders, customers, and reports) you enter into MHPOS. We process this data to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Hardware

Where we arrange a Bluetooth, WiFi, or USB wired receipt printer for you, the hardware is supplied on a one-time basis and is separate from your ongoing MHPOS application subscription. Hardware warranty, if any, is as provided by the printer manufacturer or supplier.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep MHPOS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megharsh Soft LLP's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that breach these Terms or where subscription fees remain unpaid after a reasonable notice period. You may stop using the Service at any time by not renewing your subscription.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
