MHPOS Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your MHPOS account (the MHPOS app by Megharsh Soft) and the data linked to it at any time. Use the form below, or email us, and we'll take care of the rest.

How to request deletion

• Fill in the form below using the email address you use to sign in to MHPOS, and submit it.
• Or email info@megharsh.com from your account's email address with the subject “MHPOS account deletion request”.
• We'll reply to your account email to confirm the request came from you. We don't delete anything until it's confirmed, so nobody else can delete your account.
• Once confirmed, we delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account details: name, email address, mobile number, password, and social sign-in links.
• Your business profile and settings, including bill headers/footers, tax settings, and printer settings.
• Your catalog: categories, subcategories, items, prices, and inventory records.
• Orders, bills, purchase orders, customers, customer credit records, tables, and waitlist entries.
• Staff accounts and roles created under your business.
• Device and push-notification tokens linked to your account.

If you are a business owner, deleting your account deletes your whole business and everything above, including your staff's logins. If you are a staff member, only your own login is deleted; your business's data belongs to the business owner and stays with them.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of payments you made to us for your MHPOS subscription, kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Encrypted server backups may still hold your data for up to 90 days after deletion, until they are overwritten. They are not used for anything else.
