What is MHPOS?

MHPOS is a mobile point-of-sale billing app for restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and retail shops. It runs from just a smartphone and handles billing, inventory, receipt printing, and sales reports.

What kind of businesses use MHPOS?

Do I need to buy a separate printer?

No. MHPOS works from just your smartphone. If you would like a dedicated receipt printer, we can arrange either a Bluetooth printer or a WiFi/USB wired printer, tested and set up for you.

Does MHPOS support both barcode scanning and menu-based billing?

Yes. The same app supports category-based menu billing (for restaurants and cafes) and barcode-scan checkout (for grocery and retail) — you are not limited to one style.

How much does MHPOS cost?

The MHPOS application is ₹3,000 per year plus GST. A bundle with a Bluetooth printer is ₹5,000, and a bundle with a WiFi or USB wired printer is ₹8,000 — in both cases only the ₹3,000 application fee renews annually.

What payment methods do you accept?

Subscription fees are payable in advance and collected via invoice, bank transfer, UPI, or another method agreed with our sales team. MHPOS does not process card payments directly on this website.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can request cancellation at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details on hardware bundle refund eligibility.

Does MHPOS generate GST-compliant bills and tax reports?

Yes. MHPOS lets businesses configure GST rates, generate GST-compliant bills, and run tax reports for their own filing purposes — see our compliance approach for more.

Can I track inventory for my products?

Yes. Items can be marked as inventory-tracked, with stock quantities that update automatically as you sell, plus manual stock adjustments for damaged, expired, or lost stock and full purchase order tracking when you restock from suppliers.

Does MHPOS support multiple outlets or locations?

Yes. A business owner can manage more than one outlet from a single account and switch between locations, with billing, inventory, and reports kept separate per outlet.

Can I add staff accounts with limited permissions?

Yes. You can create staff accounts with role-based permissions, controlling exactly which features (billing, inventory, reports, settings, and more) each staff member can access.

Can I manage a waitlist for walk-in customers?

Yes, for businesses that need it. MHPOS includes a queue/waitlist feature with a shareable QR code so walk-in customers can join the queue and get notified when their table or order is ready.

Does MHPOS support restaurant table management?

Yes. Restaurants and cafes can organize dine-in seating into table sections and tables, in addition to standard menu billing.

Can I buy a receipt printer separately from MHPOS?

You do not need to shop for one yourself — if you want a dedicated printer, we arrange a fully compatible Bluetooth or WiFi/USB wired printer, tested and set up for you as part of a bundle.

Is my business data secure?

Yes. The MHPOS web admin panel and mobile app communicate with our servers over encrypted HTTPS connections, and MHPOS is architected so that each business's data is logically isolated from every other business on the platform. See our security page for details.

MHPOS is built and supported by Megharsh Soft LLP, based in South Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We set up, install and support the app and printer hardware for businesses in and around Ahmedabad, and remotely for customers elsewhere in India.

Is there a billing system provider based in Bopal?

Yes — Megharsh Soft LLP, the company behind the MHPOS billing system, is headquartered in South Bopal, Ahmedabad. On-site setup and support for businesses in Bopal and the rest of Ahmedabad is handled directly by our own team.

What if I need help setting up my printer or app?
